RTLapseCAM V2: Resin Printer Time-Lapse with TTGO T-Display & GoPro

Not being able to leave well enough alone, I'm onto V2 of RTLapseCAM. A quick re-cap - the purpose was to take time-lapse photos of resin prints (using layer transitions) and stitch them together into a video. In the original setup, the GoPro sat stationary and RTLapseCAM triggered the photos. The result was ok, but it just showed the print rise out of the bed. I wanted to take it to the next level by…

RTLapseCAM: Resin Printer Time-Lapse with M5Stick-C Plus & GoPro

Having recently finished my ESP32Cam time-lapse project, I wasn't overly impressed with the picture quality and was concerned over the stability of the code while running long prints. Shortly after completion, I started looking for other options and found you can control a GoPro Hero from wireless/bluetooth devices - including ESP32s, 8266's etc (yeah, it's old news but I'm on it!). The idea is straight forward - watch for a layer change via the UV…

RE-LAPSE: Resin Printer Time-Lapse Recording with ESP32 CAM and Blynk

For years I've been using FDM printers as my go-to for 3D printing, but recently expanded my horizons into resin printing. I like my LuzlBot Mini 2 but can never get it dialed to the point were I can achieve quality similar to resin prints. An aside to all this was the desire to record time-lapse videos - which is challenging on FDM printers as you need to integrate into the controller / g-code, and…

3D Printed RC Hex to LEGO Hub Adapter

After building BluCrawler, I wanted to see what other possibilities there were with builds using RC crawler tires.  LEGO is not there yet with similar tires (closest are the Claas Xerion tires - but they are not crawler tires).  Anyway, it's challenging to mate a LEGO hub to an RC tire.  There are aftermarket adapters out there, but they are expensive, so I decided to design and print my own. The STL file is available on…
